ORDINANCE
PASSED MARCH 11TH 2008
An Ordinance amending appendix A, Section 4.6 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Hubbard, Texas entitled Garbage
collection service rates to provide for an increase in fees that will take
effect on the March Water billing cycle of 2008 which is paid in April of
2008.
Now, Therefore, Be it Ordained by the City Council of the
City of Hubbard, Texas;
Section 1: That
Appendix A, Section 4.6, of the Code of Ordinances, City of Hubbard, Texas,
be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 2:
Garbage Collection Service Rates The following rates will be charged for
monthly solid waste collection services, to wit:
Residential
$13.74
Commercial Hand Collection
$14.74
Additional Polycarts
$4.20 each
Commercial Containers
1x Week
2x Week
2 Cubic Yards
